Jyoti Vora 13-10-2015

This webinar is brilliant. The subjective examination makes so much sense to pt presentation that I have not thought in depth before. I will certainly be mindful next time I assess any knee condition.

Thank you so much! All my teaching is aimed at clinical relevance and changing your practice immediately so I am delighted to hear it will be in your mind with your next pfp patient.

great! Could you please clarify how heels can relieve pain in fat pad ?where , it is more painful in extension and, wearing heal would take knee into further extension. thank you in advance.

Claire 08-02-2016

Most high heels will increase the amount of knee flexion and hence the patients with PFP tend not to like it, but the fat pad patients often like the flexion. Here is a link to a paper that may help: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0966636211008009
