My daughter is a professional ballerina and just had her Hoffa’s pad removed in December. She was told it would take 4-6 weeks to heal but was not able to ease into her dance training until the end of May. It is now July and able to do center and across the floor with some jumps but her knee is swelling a lot and locking up along with the pain that goes along with it. It’s very frustrating to her as she is scared she won’t ever be back to where she was dance wise. Are there any exercises you can recommend to stabilize and strengthen the area around her knee?
When Claire was recommended to me I'd been having knee problems for over two years. The product of her clear diagnostics and advice reassured me and meant that just a few months later I completed a 300 mile hike and ran my first half marathon. It feels wonderful not to worry about my knee every day and that is thanks to Claire.

I attended a day course on PFJP with Claire Robertson recently and I found her "hands on approach" extremely helpful and informative. I went back to my daily clinical practice and felt like my missing piece on the knee jigsaw had been found.
